From PDF delivery notes to per-panel production control
Problem
Every delivery note arrived as a PDF in the inbox. Someone had to open them, read the data and key it in by hand, and there was no quick way to know which panels each worker assembled or to track production.
What we built
An automation processes the PDF delivery notes that arrive by email and writes their data into the database. The information shows up in a CRM where management looks up each panel by its number with all its detail. A Panels section was also built where workers log the panels they assemble, to track each person's production.
The value for the client
Admin stopped keying delivery notes one by one, and management can now see the status of each panel and every worker's output from a single place—no more chasing paper reports or cross-checking spreadsheets.
