Document processing

We automate processing of PDFs, invoices, delivery notes, technical documentation, contracts, forms, emails, blueprints, and identity documents.

Documents processed without manual intervention. Data extracted, validated, and available where it's needed.

Businesses receive documents constantly: invoices, delivery notes, contracts, blueprints, emails with attachments. Someone opens them, reads them, pulls out the relevant data, and types it into another system. Every day, for every document.

What we analyze

  • PDFs and invoices
  • Delivery notes and orders
  • Technical documentation and blueprints
  • Contracts and forms
  • Emails and attachments
  • Identity documents

AI when it's warranted

AI and OCR models can be part of the process — for example to read a scanned document or interpret an unstructured format — but they're not mandatory in every case. When a document follows a fixed layout, simple extraction rules are faster and more reliable.

Validation

No extracted data is trusted without a check: we compare it against the source document, other systems, or business rules, and flag anything that doesn't add up for human review.

Integrations

Extracted data lands where it's needed: ERP, accounting system, document manager, or your own database, with no manual steps in between.

Examples

  • Supplier invoices classified and posted on their own
  • Contracts with key clauses extracted automatically
  • Delivery notes reconciled against the original order
  • Blueprints indexed by technical element type
  • Identity documents validated during an online check-in

When it makes sense

When the same types of documents are processed repeatedly and the information always ends up in the same place.

When it doesn't

When documents are unique every time or require complex human interpretation.

How a project starts

Show us real examples of the documents you receive. From that we can estimate what accuracy is reasonable to expect and which part of the process is worth automating first.
