How we work

We don't propose automations before understanding how the process currently works. Some audits conclude it's not worth automating — and that's also a valid result.

Understand
We sit with the team that runs the process. Not whoever designed it — whoever does it every day. We understand reality, not the theory written in a manual.
Analyze
We map the process, identify repetitive tasks, recurring errors, and bottlenecks. We measure how much time and cost each one carries, with real data.
Design
We propose the most suitable solution. Sometimes it's code. Sometimes it's connecting two tools that already exist. Sometimes the honest answer is to do nothing.
Build
We develop and integrate the solution. Own code, real testing, and controlled deployment. No shortcuts, no unnecessary third-party dependencies.
Measure
After launch, we measure. If the results don't match what was expected, we adjust. An automated process also needs periodic review.

Technology comes after the problem

  • We don't pick the tool before understanding the process.
  • We don't force AI where simple automation solves the case.
  • Some audits conclude it's not worth automating. And that's also a valid result.
  • We prefer our own code over platforms that stop existing tomorrow.

Before we build, we understand.

We analyze the process, identify opportunities for improvement, and define which solution is worth implementing.
